ask your child to imagine
what Baby Bear might say
to Goldilocks.
Ask your child, “How would
you feel, if you were Baby
Bear? What did Baby Bear
find had happened to his
porridge? To his chair?
What would Baby Bear
want to tell Goldilocks?”
Have your child dictate a
letter to Goldilocks from
Baby Bear. Write down
what your child says and
say each word as you
write it.
When finished, read it
again to your child. Slide
your finger under each
word as you read.
