silk using the instructions they have written (Instructional Master 11B-2).
For Introducing the Great Wall of China, bring in several pictures of
different wonders of the world. Students who used the Core Knowledge
Language Arts program in Grade 1 learned about the Hanging Gardens
of Babylon, the Great Pyramid of Giza, and Machu Picchu.
For Somebody Wanted But So Then, you may wish to copy Instructional
Master 12B-1 onto a large piece of chart paper, a chalkboard, a
whiteboard, or a transparency to complete this activity as a class.
