ina mortar,bashwiththepestle,
thenremovethehuskstoleave
onlytheseeds.Addtheclovesand
cinnamon,thengrindtoa powder.
3 Heattheoilina largenon-stick
fryingpanorshallowhob-safe
casserole.Addthebayleafand
onionandcookuntilbrown– about
8-10minutes.Addthegreenchillies
andginger/garlicpaste,thencook
untiljustgolden– 2-4minutes.
4 Addthechickenandbrowngently
