3 Forpicodegallo,placeonion,chilli
andcorianderina bowl.Addlimejuice
and1 tspsaltandgentlystirfor3 minutes.
Addtomato,stirtocombineandsetaside.
4 Forsalsadehabaneroy piña,place
limejuice,onionanda pinchofsaltin
a bowl.Heata heavy-basedfryingpan
