restaurant-qualitymealstoprivatehomes,providinga much-needednew
revenuestreamforthecity’srestaurants.“TheAdelaidecommunityis

solution,Bakersoonrealisedthebusinesshada long-termfuture,

teamfromdeliveringsomeofthebesttakeawaymeals
onofferduringSydney’slockdown.Eachweek,chef
FedericoZanellatoandhisteamcreateda comforting
seven-courseextravaganza,inspiredbytheflavours
andtechniquesforwhichtherestaurantis famous,
includingitssignatureporkpie,Siciliancaponata,
and caramelised white-chocolate cheesecake.

Ratherthancompromisethequalityofmeals,whichrisk
arrivingsoggyandsweatyif deliveredhot,eachmealis
preparedbya chef,thensafelycold-freighted,withthe
finishingtouchesaddedbydinersathome.Formany

streamthatwillcontinueasa long-termplayerinthe
