Theroseswere kept muchlighter in colorto provide
contrastto theheart. Theflamesthemselves were left
unshadedsotheywouldn’tgetlostinthemix.Theheart
was made as dark as possible with plenty of added
highlights to make it appear shiny. Light rays were
added to cut through the clouds around the heart.
