to pursue a career in photography.
The rigour, training and dedication
required of a musician has served
Ron well in his development as a
photographer. He doesn’t think twice
about going to the Tower Bridge at
4am to capture the perfect light and
moment. London Fog is a compilation
of atmospheric London images, seen
through Ron’s eyes and influenced by
his music.“I prefer it when the skies are
dramatic and mysterious,” says Ron.
“When I played the trumpet I used to
play a lot of jazz. Jazz can be sad yet
beautiful at the same time, and that
feeling likes to come through when
I shoot with the camera.”
Ron regularly hosts photography
and social media workshops for clients
such as Apple, Adobe, Sony, Canada
Goose and The Photography Show.on Timehin is a young
photographer from Bromley,
Greater London. He attended
the University of Gloucestershire to
study music and travelled the world
as a trumpeter, but could never
remember all of the places he visited
until he started shooting them with his
