Receipt of 1st Over Dimension Consignment (ODC) of kiln
shells was an epic story. Preparations on a war-front basis
were started six days before receipt of material at the site. The
following arrangements were made for receipt of kiln shells:

•   Joint survey of entry path from Liploi Main Road

Junction to unloading location near kiln piers. The

survey team was led by our site head and the team

comprised of members from mechanical, civil, E&I,

and security

•   Preparation of hard-soiling road (suitable to sustain

150 MT truckload) and widening of road turnings

•   Removal of mechanical equipment and civil material

lying near the path
