UN: International Year of Fruits & Vegetables

We are delighted to mark the United Nations’ International Year of Fruits

and Vegetables with eight stamps, which have been illustrated by Petra

Palmeri, a General Practitioner and artist who lives in Guernsey.

Although a self-taught artist, Petra has been drawing for as long as she

can remember. She holds a particular interest in still life and prefers to

work with oils.
