This one is easy if you know what you are doing. Picking a good domain name for
your blog matters a lot because it tells visitors a little about what niche you are
into. If you are opening a niche that has to do with fashion or you want to write
about fashion for example, your domain name should be something that resembles
or sounds like fashion. Do not choose a name just because you like it or because it
sound great to you.
If you are picking a domain name for your blog, it should end with .com and not
.org, .me, .tv or .name and so on. The reason I am saying this is that a blog is not
an organization, not a television program, as for .me it shows that it’s a personal
blog and if you are opening a news blog you can’t use this so it is not advisable to
use it is also a very expensive domain name so I advise you use .com which means
commercial.

There are also other sites that offer up cheaper domain names, you can visit
http://www.google.com and type in the search keyword “Cheap domain names” and you
will see a list full of sites that sell domain names. But to be on a safe side I will
advise you to purchase your domain name from the company you want to host
your blog on if you want to run your blog with wordpress.
Remember the steps to pick a good domain name; pick the name that relates to
your niche, pick a name that ends with .com. It is as simple as this.
