- If your access to an object is blocked, you can choose Object > Hide > Selection to hide
the blocking object. The object is not deleted. It is just hidden in the same position until
you choose Object > Show All. You can also use the Selection tool ( ) to select an
object that’s behind other objects by pressing the Command (macOS) or Ctrl (Windows)
key and then clicking the overlapping objects until the object you want to select is
selected.
