With the Edit Contents button ( ) selected, you can apply many transformations to the image,

including scaling, moving, rotating, and more.

Tip

You can also press the arrow keys on the keyboard to reposition the image.

    Choose Select > Deselect and then click the image again to select the entire clip group. Drag
    the image onto the light gray rectangle, and position it as in the figure.
