Headers that are used to convert the vertical data into rows
The horizontal range of headers consists of consecutive integers, starting with 1. In this
example, each record contains three cells of data, so the horizontal header contains 1, 2,
and 3.

Here’s the formula that goes into cell D2:
=OFFSET($A$1,$C2+D$1-2,0)
Copy this formula across to the next two columns and down to the next six rows. The result
is shown in Figure 25.23.
