Self-worth is an individual’s belief that they are a valuable person
and that life is a valued possession. This also includes
self-confidence, or the belief in one’s ability to master themselves
and their life. Self-worth also includes the belief that one is able to
love themselves and that they are able to respond to their needs in
an accurate and produc ve manner.

Self-knowing involves the process of reflec ve thinking in
reviewing one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It involves the
ability to see oneself from the outside and is the basis for being
able to respond accurately to one’s needs. Self-knowing is being
able to listen to, know, and understand your own feelings as the
basis for taking ac on that is best suited for yourself.
Self-Care
Self-care includes the behaviors we engage in that are aimed at
maintaining the health and welfare of the self. Maintenance
involves responding to one’s needs and taking precau ons to
ensure one’s psychological and physical health. This might include
avoiding undue stress and destruc ve habits and engaging in
