GENETIC SONOGRAM
Genetic sonogram, ideally performed at 18–20 weeks, looks for anatomic
markers of fetal aneuploidy which include:
Generic: any structural abnormalities
Specific: nuchal skin fold thickness (strongest predictor), short long bones,
