Successful vaginal delivery rate is up to 80% in carefully selected
patients. Criteria for trial of labor include patient consent, nonrepetitive
cesarean indication (e.g., breech, placentae previa), previous low segment
transverse uterine incision, and clinically adequate pelvis.
