Tumor Markers.

Postmenopausal  woman   with    bilateral   pelvic  masses

Postmenopausal  bleeding

Enlarged    uterus

CA-125  (cancer antigen 125)    and CEA (carcinoembryonic   antigen)    should  be

drawn   for the possibility of  ovarian epithelial  cancer.

LDH, hCG,   and α-fetoprotein   should  be  drawn   for the possibility of  germ

cell    tumors.
