Meat lovers will be in heaven at this well-
known restaurant established by British
star chef Marco Pierre White. The swish
dining room gets theatrical flourish from
a dramatic ‘flame wall’ but fortunately the
culinary pyrotechnics are kept in check in
the kitchen. The emphasis is firmly on red-
blooded quality cuts, prepared in classic
English style and innovative grilled varia-
tions. Reservations are essential.
