HERBAL TEA


Fresh mint
Fresh sage
Fresh lemon balm


Use a few sprigs of mint, sage, and lemon balm, equal amounts of each. Tear the
leaves up so that the aroma is released and put them in a big cup. Add hot water—
done!


If  you’d   rather  have    iced    tea,    let it  steep   for a   while   and then    cool.   Add a   dash    of
maple syrup and ice and enjoy on a hot day!
