Engage your core to untwist, bringing your gaze up first and then bringing the knee
back into the chest. Place the sole of the left foot on the ground and place the right
ankle above the left knee on the thigh. Flex the right foot and press the big toe away
from the body. Interlace the fingers at the back of the left thigh, drawing the left leg in
toward the chest to deepen the opening in the right hip. Lengthen the tailbone toward
the mat and stay for 10 breaths. Do the full sequence (poses 1–4) on the opposite side
of the body.
