Stage Two of the Perfect 10 Diet builds on Stage One’s principles. Stage Two of
the Perfect 10 Diet is similar to the human diet after the advent of agriculture.
You will be getting more calories than in Stage One, but you’ll get an even better

Vegetables, fruits, eggs, poultry, seafood, and nuts are still encouraged. You

Bread and pasta are also back—the wholegrain kind, of course. Whole grains
are added back in small amounts during this longer stage to prevent the feelings

grains to your daily diet, such as a bowl of oatmeal, a slice of high-fiber bread, a
scoop of brown rice, or even a portion of wholewheat pasta. Whole grains make
a comeback in this stage because deprivation leaves us with a desire to overeat
what is prohibited, which can lead to eventual diet failure. Whole grains can still
support your hormones and fill you up nicely.
If you find that your weight plateaus during this stage, simply cut down on
whole grains or increase your exercise routine. Stage Two of the Perfect 10 Diet
is specifically designed to make your weight loss easy, painless, and without a
lot of sacrifice.
If you like to drink, alcohol is allowed in very limited amounts during this
longer stage (1 or 2 drinks a week at the most is okay). Most people should

How long should you stay in Stage Two of the Perfect 10 Diet ? That all
depends on you and factors like your initial body weight, desired ultimate goal

stay in Stage Two as long as it takes you to reach your ultimate desired weight. It
may take a few days or a few years to get to the end of this stage, but either is
