Is It Better to Eat Organic Food?
I get asked this question a lot. Don’t nickel and dime your health. Organic
produce is usually more expensive than conventional produce, but nonorganic
food contains pesticides and toxins that prevent you from receiving signals from
the hormone leptin, which, as you probably recall, is involved in satiety.
Pesticides are also toxic to other glands. You should also avoid any genetically

who were given foods made with genetically modified crops refused to eat it and
had to be force-fed. Guess what? They developed autoimmune diseases, stomach
lesions, and cancer. Perhaps you’re wondering why the government approved
such dangerous food? Here’s the answer: close examination reveals that industry

occasional fast at any stage of the Perfect 10 Diet, start slow. Mix some lime or
lemon juice with water and agave to sweeten, and then add some cinnamon. You
