Stage Three
Light the lights, a drum roll, please. It’s showtime, and it’s time to flaunt it:
you’ve reached your desired weight. Congratulations! My hat’s off to you.
You’ve lost the excess weight, and you’re ready to start Stage Three. Of course,
the final stage of the Perfect 10 Diet can be followed right from the start if
you’re not looking to lose weight and just want to eat healthy.
You can eat more grains than in Stage Two (up to 4 servings a day). But be
careful. Please don’t go back to your old eating habits. Remember, you can go
back to Stage One at any time if you start to gain weight.
