My blood pressure and cholesterol dropped, and my energy level went through
the roof. In turn, I shared this new plan with my patients, and they consistently
enjoyed the same great results. The Perfect 10 Diet delivered an overall average

As I began to design the Perfect 10 Diet, I received input from experts who
