How You Will Succeed on the Perfect 10 Diet
Numerous studies indicate that you can eat more fat and lose more weight than
on the low-fat approach. You may even get away with eating an extra 300 to 500
calories a day and still manage to lose weight. Isn’t that exciting?
Does this mean you can gobble thousands of calories from fat on the Perfect
10 Diet? Of course not. Moderation is the key to successful weight loss. On the
