Adam Stemmler of Blind Tiger Cocktail Co. to whip up some creative cocktails that refl ect the aesthetic and ethos of
Chef Matt Gordon. Made using sustainable and organic products, Rhuby’s Alchemy blends organic rhubarb liqueur and
Tru organic lemon vodka (citrus plucked in Temecula) with muddled English cucumber, aromatic basil, simple syrup, fresh
lemon juice, the herbaceous digestive, Green Chartreuse, and a healthy dose of Angostura bitters. Shaken, strained, and
served straight up, this smooth sipper is airy fresh, a perfect balance of bitter and sweet with the notes of fall dancing
