One of the best things about eating
Pennsylvania Dutch food – it’s
certainly not its nutritional content –
is how it’s eaten: communally, at
long tables where you actually have
to sit next to and converse with
strangers. You won’t be strained
for conversation, as the massive
offerings give you plenty to chat
about – the food keeps coming until
you can’t take another bite.
