2013, this Hamptons institution serves finely
prepared Italian specialties using locally sourced
ingredients. Despite attracting celebrity regulars,
non-famous names are also treated well.

5 Townline BBQ Barbecue $

way to Bridgehampton is this down-to-earth
roadside restaurant churning out smoky ribs
and barbecue sandwiches.

between the towns of Amagansett and Montauk,
a few roadside fish shacks like this one pop up.
The Lobster Roll serves the namesake sandwich
as well as fresh steamers and fried clams.

Pond a half-mile north of the beach, this hipster
haven has been at the forefront of Montauk’s
transformation. Its casual chic design includes
private decks and cooking stoves. The bar and
restaurant, called Byron, does organic cuisine
and seafood with an Australian surfer-town vibe.
