Preparação
Pré-aqueça o forno a 1800 .Unte a forma com o caramelo.
2 Dissolva o café noleite 30 SegjVel6. Junte os restantes ingredientes no copo e
misture 35 SegjVel2.
3 Coloque o preparado na forma, cubra com papel de prata ouvegetal e leve ao forno
em banho-mana cerca de 30 minutos.
4 Com um palito certifique-se que o pudim está cozido edesenforme depois de frio.
Sirva decorado com grãosdecafé torrado.

2 Dissolve the coffee in milk 30 Sec/Speed 6 .Add the remaining ingredients and mix 35 Sec/Speed2.
3 Pour the preparation in thetin,cover withsilver paper or vegetal paper and bake 3 0 minutes in double
boiler,in the oven.
4 Withatoothpick make surethat thepudding is cooked and unmoldwhencold.Servegarnished with
roasted coffee beans.
Note:The traditional measuresin this recipe were maintained and each measure accounts for half eggshell.
