Preparação


1 Corte as beringelas ao meio, retire e reserve a parte interior. Disponha asberingelas
na Varoma.

Coloque no copo a cebola, a cenoura, a polpa da beringela, o alho, oazeite e pique
5 Seg/Vel5 Com a espátula baixe os ingredientes agarrados às paredes docopo,
tempere comsale pimenta a gosto, coloque a Varoma sobre o copo eprograme
15 Min/Varoma/VeI1.

3 Junte o miolo de camarão e programe 3 Min/100o/Ç)/Vel~.

Recheie as beringelas com este preparado, tendo o cuidado deescorrer o líquido à
parte se necessário. Cubra com o molho béchamel epolvilhe com queijo ralado.

:J Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 100 °, durante cercade 1 5 minutos para gratinar.

Preparation
1 Cut theeggplants in half, remove and setaside the eggplant core. Arrange the eggplant in Varoma.
2 Placethe onion,carrats, squash eggplant, garlic and olive oil into the bowl and chop 5 Sec/Speed 5.
Scrapedown thebowl with the spatula, season with salt and pepper to tas te, place the Varama and
pragram 15 Min/Varoma/Speed1.
3 Add the peeled shrimp and set 3 Min/100º/~/ Vel~.
Fill the eggplants with this preparation, draining the liquid if necessary. Cover with the béchamel sauce and
sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place to oven preheated at100ºabout 15 minutes to browning.
