Meal Planning


Breakfast


There is no biological need to eat first thing in the
morning. Breakfast in its most common forms only helps


you store fat.^2 The best breakfast will often be a glass of
water, black coffee, or unsweetened tea. If you choose to eat
breakfast, ensure that it is primarily protein, fat, and fiber.
