So many people have lent their time, intellect, talents, and
skills to helping me pull this book together that I can’t
possibly thank them all. But I can certainly try.
First and foremost, thank you to all of the researchers
around the globe who are doing the science, proving that
our choices matter when it comes to our cognitive
performance and long-term brain health. I especially want to
