Unfortunately, dueto amalfunctioning heaterinmyroom,Ispentthreemiserablenights
atyourhotelfromApril 26 – 29, 2010.
WhenIarrivedinLondon,therewasan unexpectedsnowstorm.Iunderstandit doesnot
usuallysnowinApril;however,whenIgottomyroom,therewasno heat.After
complaining,atechnicianwassent up,whoinformedmethey hadtoinstalla new
heating unit.WhenIaskedto bemovedtoanotherroom,Iwastoldthe hotelwas
completely booked.
Unfortunately,each nightafterwork Ireturnedto discovertheproblemhad not been
rectified.Eventually,Ispentthree horribly uncomfortablenights,wearingmycoatto
bed,wearingsocksaroundtheroomandending upwithabadcoldfromtheunheated
room.Ihad notimetocomplainasIhadtocatchaflighthomerightaftermy
conference.
Iamshocked bythisterribleservice.Thisisnotwhatanyoneexpectsfor$400 a night!
Tocompensatemeforthistremendousinconvenience,Iaskthatyourefundmymoney
rightawayand offermeafree,morecomfortablestayin oneof yourfinersuitesinthe
future.Ifnot,Iam preparedtotakemycomplainttoahigherauthority.
