motions. Start with your body and finish with your face. Once you are
covered from head to toe, massage the scrub in small circular motions,
starting with the legs and arms, making your way up to the torso, ending
at your heart. Then move to your face, avoiding the eye area. Massage
your face with light pressure, using circular motions. Allow to set on
your body for up to 30 minutes and up to 15 minutes on your face. To
rinse, get in the shower and rinse well. For maximum benefit, do not use
soap to wash off the residual oils. Towel dry and mist your face with
Old-Fashioned Rosewater (see Chapter 7) to close the pores.
