BOLOGNESE SAUCE


SERVES 4


5 cups The Ultimate Bolognese Sauce (here)
Kosher salt
1 pound fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle
Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano for serving
Roughly torn or chopped fresh basil leaves for serving



  1. Heat the Bolognese sauce in a large saucepan until
    simmering. Keep warm.
