FLANK STEAK
This marinade is my version of an A-1–style
Worcestershire-based steak sauce, flavored with anchovy,
soy sauce, Marmite, and brown sugar. It’s ultrasavory
and a little bit sweet. The flank steak can be replaced with
hanger, skirt, or flap meat.
