NO RIO DE JANEIRO
Recovering of restinga vegetation in Rio de Janeiro
O resultado de uma parceria público-privada na cidade do
Rio de Janeiro, cuja iniciativa visa incentivar a recuperação
da costa brasileira por meio do replantio e da preservação
de restinga, já pode ser observada nas praias de Ipanema
e Leblon. Essas ações contam com a Secretaria Municipal
de Conservação e Meio Ambiente do Rio, com o Instituto e

-brasileira/) e apoio da OSKLEN e Havaianas.
The result of a public-private partnership in the city
of Rio de Janeiro, whose initiative aims to encourage the
recovery of Brazilian coast through the replanting of vege-
tation and preservation of restinga, is already observed on
Ipanema and Leblon beaches. These actions are promoted
by the Municipal Secretariat of Public Services and the En-

by OSKLEN and Havaianas.
A princípio, apenas mudas de ipomea foram plantadas,
tendo sido doadas pela Secretaria de Meio Ambiente do
