But what    of  all the claims  made
by  the Whole   Grain   People  about
the  heart-healthiness   of  whole
grains?  Turns   out     those   claims
may be  more    fluff   than    substance,
as  studies show    that    whole   grains
may  not     prevent     disease     as  well

isn’t    any     substantial     evidence    to
