MILK: PERFECT
Cow’s milk is the perfect food ... if you
are a calf. Likewise, human breast milk is the
optimal food when you are an infant.
Milk is an excellent source of energy and
building blocks to rapidly grow mammals that
are too young to eat adult food, such as grass
(cows) and a wide range of plants and animals
(humans). Until a mammal’s digestive system
(including teeth) has completely developed
