Yoga Girl

(WallPaper) #1

Throughout these past years I’ve learned many lessons. I’ve learned how

to carefully balance giving with receiving. I know now that I can’t teach
twenty-four classes a week and still stay sane. It’s just not possible. I’ve
learned to care for my body. I’ve learned to adapt my practice to the flow
of life. I’ve learned I can’t say yes to everything. Sometimes the best way to
grow what you’re doing and to stay aligned with your intentions is to say
no! I’ve learned that miracles happen every day. You just have to keep

found myself with all these blessings in life: a beautiful partner; a career
that allows me to share my passion for yoga and happy living with the
world; and of course, a community of people who are on this path with
me! I knew the following I had created was special; my main intention was
always to stay real and true to who I am, and to help people find the same
love for themselves at their core. It’s all about love. Forgiveness. Being
kind. I wanted to do something real, something substantial, something
that was going to change the world—I just hadn’t sat down to figure out
exactly what it was yet. From trial and error I knew that in order to make
this happen I had to let go of my deepest fears.
Since I started to embrace this path, I’ve had to overcome some serious
