Repeat this until you feel a sense of
freedom and lightness around your issue.
It may take a day or a week or several
months or it could happen right away.
But however long it takes, do it, because
if you want to be free, you have to put in
the time. (See Chapter 15 for more tips
on forgiveness and letting go.) And if
you need to apologize to someone, pick
up the phone.
