4 ounces cream cheese (½ cup), softened
¼ cup mayonnaise, homemade (here) or store-bought
¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
Fine sea salt and ground black pepper
- Place the cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese,
mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and
pimientos in a large bowl and mix well. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. - Place in the fridge to firm up a bit before serving.
Store extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator
for up to 3 days.
