Dark Chocolate Raspberry

5 ounces cream cheese (½ cup plus 2 tablespoons)
(Kite Hill brand cheese style spread if dairy-free),
softened
¼ cup Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or
equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
(see here)
1 to 2 teaspoons unsweetened cashew milk (or hemp
milk if nut-free), warmed
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, or more if
you prefer darker chocolate, plus extra for garnish
1 teaspoon raspberry extract

¼ cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk if dairy-
free)
2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener
or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1 teaspoon raspberry extract
