Breathing
Tadasana is an excellent position for observing the interaction between the muscles that
are used for postural support and the muscles that create shape change in the abdominal
and thoracic cavities. When there is clear support from the feet, legs, and spine, there is
more mobility in the rib cage and shoulder girdle to allow for the movement of the breath.
