Button Image Purpose

First sheet Scroll to the fi rst sheet in the workbook

Previous sheet Scroll to the previous sheet

Next sheet Scroll to the next sheet

Last sheet Scroll to the last sheet in the workbook

You can also move to a specifi c sheet by right clicking one of these navi-

gation buttons and selecting the sheet from the resulting pop-up list of sheet

names. Try viewing some of the other sheets in the workbook now.

To view other sheets:

1 Click the Usage Chart sheet tab.

2 Excel displays the chart. Click anywhere within the chart to select

it. See Figure 1-9.
