To insert a PivotTable:1 Click the Insert tab from the Excel ribbon and then click the Pivot-
Table button from the Tables group.
Excel displays the Create PivotTable dialog box shown in Figure 7-2
with the data range A1:I393 already selected for you.2 Verify that the New Worksheet option button is selected and then
click the OK button.
Excel opens a new worksheet containing the PivotTable tools shown
in Figure 7-3. Note that Excel has automatically added a new Pivot-
