To remove a category from the PivotTable:

1 Click the Row Labels drop-down box on the PivotTable.
2 Deselect the blank checkbox in the list of categories. See Figure 7-5.

3 Click the OK button.
The PivotTable changes and no longer displays results from respon-
dents that did not specify a department. See Figure 7-6.
