4 Click the Next button.

After specifying which fi elds you’ll import, you’ll now have the opportu-

nity to control which records to import and how your data will be sorted.

Specifying Criteria and Sorting Data

You can apply criteria to the data you import with the Query Wizard. At this

point, your query will import all of the records from the Wheat database,

but you can modify that. Say you want to import only those wheat products

whose price is $1.25 or greater. You can do that at this point in the wizard.

You can specify several levels of And/Or conditions for each of the many

fi elds in your query.

To add criteria to your query:

1 Click Price from the list of columns to fi lter in the box at the left of

the Query Filter dialog box.

2 In the highlighted drop-down list box at the right, click is greater

than or equal to.

3 Ty p e 1.25 in the drop-down list box to the immediate right. See

Figure 2-27.
