43 Moses said to them, “Present whatyou intend to present.”٤٤

44 So they threw their ropes and theirsticks, and said, “By the majesty ofPharaoh, we will be the winners.”ا مَ ٤٥

45 Then Moses threw his staff, andbehold, it began swallowing theirtrickery.٤٦

َ

ةحَ رَ ٱ ل س َّ
َ
ين
ِ
د
ِ
ج
ٰ
َ
س
46 And the magicians fell downprostrating.٤٧
ِّ
برَ
ِ
ا ب
َّ
نامَ ءَ
۟
ا
ٓ
و
ُ
ال
َ
ق
َ
ينمِ
َ
ل
ٰ
عَ
ْ
ٱل
47 They said, “We have believed inthe Lord of the Worlds.٤٨
َ
ون
ُ
ر
ٰ
َ
ه وَ
ٰ
ى
َ
وس
ُ
م
ِّ
برَ
48 The Lord of Moses and Aaron.”٤٩

49 He said, “Did you believe in Himbefore I have given you permission?He must be your chief, who taughtyou magic. You will soon know. I willcut off your hands and feet onopposite sides, and I will crucify youall.”ۖ رَ ٥٠

50 They said, “No problem. To ourLord we will return.٥١

ن

ؤ

ٱل
51 We are eager for our Lord toforgive us our sins, since we are thefirst of the believers.”م ٥٢

52 And We inspired Moses: “Travelwith My servants by night. You willbe followed.”ى ٥٣

سرْ

أ
َ
ف

ن

ئ
ٓ
ا
َ
دمَ
ْ
ٱل
ِ
ر
ِ
ش
ٰ

ين
53 Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities.٥٤
َ
ون
ُ
يل
ِ
ل
َ
ق
ٌ
ةمَ
ِ
ذ
ْ
ر
ِ
ش
َ
ل
ِ
ء
ٓ
َ
لا
ُ
ؤ
ٓ
ٰ
َ
ه
َّ
ن
ِ
إ
54 “These are a small gang.٥٥
َ
ون
ُ
ظ
ِ
ئ
ٓ
ا
َ
غ
َ
ا ل
َ
ن
َ
ل
ْ
م
ُ
ه
َّ
ن
ِ
إوَ
55 And they are enraging us.٥٦
َ
ون
ُ
ر
ِ
ذ
ٰ
حَ
ٌ
يع
ِ
جَ م
َ
ا ل
َّ
ن
ِ
إوَ
56 But we are a vigilant multitude.”٥٧

ف
57 So We drove them out of gardensand springs.يمٍ ٥٨

كامٍ
َ
قمَ
َ
و
ٍ
وز
ُ
ن
ُ
ك
َ
و
58 And treasures and nobledwellings.
