ي مِ حِ ٱ ل ر َّ مَحْٱلر َّ

In the name of Allah, the Gracious,

the Merciful.

ن مِ

وارُ

َ

ف

َ

ك

ِ

ب

ٰ

تَكِ

ْ

ٱل

َ

و

َ

ينكِ

ِ

ر

ْ

شمُ

ْ

مُ ٱل

ُ

ه

َ

يتِ

ْ

أ

َ

ت

ٰ

ى حَ ت َّ

َ

ين

ِّ

ك

َ

نفمُ

ُ

ةَني ِّ

َ

ب

ْ

ٱل

1 Those who disbelieved among the

People of the Scripture, and the

Polytheists, were not apart, until the

Clear Evidence came to them.

هِ سرَ

َّ

ٱلل

ً

ةرَ

َّ

ه

َ

طا م ُّ

ً

فحُ صُ

۟

وا

ُ

ليَ تْ

2 A messenger from Allah reciting

purified scripts.

٣

ٌ

ةمَ ي ِّ

َ

ق ٌب

ُ

ت

ُ

ا ك

َ

ي هفِ

3 In them are valuable writings.

قر َّ

َ

ف

َ

ا تمَوَ

َ

ينذِ

َّ

ٱل

۟

وا

ُ

وت

ُ

بَ أ

ٰ

َ

تكِ

ْ

ا مَ دِ بَعْ نۢ مِ ٱل

َّ

لا

ِ

إ

ُ

م

ُ

ه

ْ

تءَ

ٓ

جَ ا

ُ

ة

َ

ني ِّ

َ

ب

ْ

ٱل

4 Those who were given the

Scripture did not splinter, except

after the Clear Evidence came to

them.

َّ

ٱلل

ين

ص

ِ

ل

ُ

م

َ

ين

ِّ

ٱلد

۟

وا

ُ

يم

ِ

ق

ُ

ي وَ ءَ

ٓ

ا

َ

ف

َ

ن

ُ

ٱ ح

َ

وٰ ة

َ

لل ص َّ

۟

وا

ُ

ت

ْ

ؤ

ُ

يوَ

َ

ك

َّ

ٱلز

َ

ۚ وٰ ة

ُ

ي ن

ِ

كَ د

ِ

ل

ٰ

َ

ذوَ

ِ

ةمَ

ِّ

ي

َ

ق

ْ

ٱل

5 They were commanded only to

worship Allah, devoting their faith to

Him alone, and to practice regular

prayer, and to give alms. That is the

upright religion.

ه

َ

ْ

ن مِ

۟

ُ

ر

َ

ف

َ

ك

ِ

ب

ٰ

َ

تكِ

ْ

وَ ٱل

َ

ينكِ

ِ

ر

ْ

ش

ُ

م

ْ

ٱل

ر ُّ

َ

ش مْ

ُ

ه َكئِ

ٓ

ٰ

َ

و۟ ل

ُ

أ ۚ

ٓ

ا

َ

ي هف ِ

َ

ي ندِ ِل

ٰ

َ

خ مَ

َّ

ن

َ

جَ ه

ِ

ا ر

َ

ى نفِ

ةِي َّ

ِ

ر

َ

ب

ْ

ٱل

6 Those who disbelieve among the

People of the Scripture, and the

Polytheists, will be in the Fire of Hell,

where they will abide forever. These

are the worst of creatures.

َ

ينذِ

َّ

ٱل

وا

ُ

لعَمِ وَ

۟

وا

ُ

تِ نامَ ءَ

ٰ

حَِل

ٰ

َكِئ ٱ ل ص َّ

ٓ

ٰ

َ

و۟ ل

ُ

أ

رُ

ْ

ي

َ

خمْ

ُ

ةِي َّ ه

ِ

ر

َ

ب

ْ

ٱل

7 As for those who believe and lead

a righteous life—these are the best

of creatures.

ٓ

ا

َ

ن ى مِ جَ ز

ِ

رجْ

َ

ت

ٍ

ن

ْ

ع َ د

ُ

ت

ٰ

َّ

جَ ن مْ

ِ

ه

ِّ

برَ

ا

َ

هتِحْ

َ

رُ ت

ٰ

َ

ه

ْ

ن

َ

ْ

ٱلأ

َ

ىضِ ا ۖ ر َّ

ً

بَد

َ

أ

ٓ

ا

َ

يه فِ

َ

يندِلِ

ٰ

َ

خ

ُ

ه

َّ

ٱلل

ُ

ه َّب رَ

َ

ىشِ

َ

خ

ْ

نمَِكَ لِل

ٰ

َ

ذ ۚ

ُ

ه

ْ

عَن

۟

وا

ُ

ضرَ

َ

ومْ

ُ

ه

ْ

ۥ عَن

8 Their reward is with their Lord:

Gardens of Eternity beneath which

rivers flow, where they will abide

forever. Allah is pleased with them,

and they are pleased with Him. That

is for whoever fears His Lord.
